![]() ![]() Everything was prepared with fresh herbs and spices and the only salt I used was Himalayan sea salt (ddp yoga calls for Celtic sea salt but this was the closest I could find) I'll attach a few pictures and ill be back on the blog tomorrow to tell you guys how day one went!!!! Goodnight I prepared lean steak & mushrooms, chicken & onions and salmon and onions. I also tried out my Nutribullet for the first time today I wanted to make sure that it was all set to go for my morning smoothie!! Finally the last thing I did today was cook most of my meats for the week and freeze them. I got it because the plan called for and I'm trying to stick to this 1000%. The eggs that I had to get were brown eggs where the chickens that hatch the eggs were cage free, so they're able to run and they are I guess healthier eggs. The meal plan calls for organic foods and gluten-free foods. ![]() I got all organic fruits and vegetables, I did also get flaxseeds to going to my smoothies. I got mainly meats, all organic beef, chicken and salmon. I went to Trader Joes and got most of my items. I'm all set for tomorrow!!! I did all my shopping today. ![]()
